Tell it what you want. Get a plan with dates on it.
Describe your training in a sentence — what you are working towards, which days you cannot train, what hurts — and Vamos builds a dated one-to-four week plan from a library of 100 exercises, each with a demonstration clip.
A calendar, not a list
Plans land on real dates. Tick exercises off, add your own, edit sets and loads, move a whole day to another date. Your history is stored separately from any plan, so regenerating one never erases what you actually did.
Every set, with the weight
Log sets as you go and see total tonnage, how long the session took and a per-exercise breakdown. Progress charts and weigh-in trends come from numbers you typed, not estimates.
Turn off what you cannot do
Disable any exercise, or a whole equipment category — "my gym has no dumbbells". Disabled movements are never suggested again and never appear in a plan.
Your training stays on your phone
Workouts, sets, weights and weigh-ins are stored on your device. We hold no copy. What we do store is listed plainly in the privacy policy — it is short, and worth reading.
No lifts that need a spotter
The library is machines, cables, bodyweight and dumbbells. There are no barbell lifts, and that is deliberate rather than unfinished: an app cannot see your form, cannot tell when a rep is going wrong, and cannot help you rack a bar. Vamos does not program movements that need someone standing behind you.
That is not a claim that barbell training is dangerous. It is a claim about what can be coached safely by software with no eyes on you.
"Victory belongs to the most tenacious."
